This website (coymusic.com) is privately owned and operated by Benjamin Coy. It exists to share sheet music and related resources, and it collects customer information in order to facilitate the distribution of that material.

Data collection

When you purchase content from this website (including free content), the name and contact information you use to make the purchase are stored indefinitely. This allows you to access files you purchase at any time in the future. All payments, however, are processed by PayPal, so your credit card number and other financial information never even touch this server and are not stored. The password you select to access your account on this site is encrypted using the SHA-1 algorithm, but you should still use a different password than you use for other sites.

Data usage

I will never sell or share your information with anyone, for any reason other than a legitimate law enforcement activity. I also do not send a newsletter or other regular marketing communication. I will not spam you. However, in the event of an update to a product you have already purchased or the release of a major new project, I might send you an email to let you know about it.

This link will also be included in any email I might send. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
